'Fire & Flour Pizzeria started with a straightforward vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Naples. Established by the Rossi family in 1989, our pizzeria opened as a cozy, family-run spot built on recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making while traveling across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the essence of real Italian pizza, using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients.
What began as a tiny 12-seat pizzeria has become a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We still rely on wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough fresh each day, and source the best ingredients we can find.
Today, 'Fire & Flour Pizzeria is still family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Rossi family guiding our enthusiastic team. While we’ve welcomed a few modern touches, our core stays the same: making delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
